Terms of Service

By accessing or using the AHOD platform (ahod.co) — including the free Instant Scan, any registered account, or any AHOD API — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using AHOD on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use AHOD.

These Terms were last updated in April 2026. We will notify registered users of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of AHOD after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions? Email info@ahod.co.

AHOD provides an AI brand monitoring and intelligence platform that tracks brand mentions, sentiment, and share of voice across large language models (LLMs) including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, and Llama. The platform includes features such as:

• AI Visibility Score calculation and trend tracking • Competitor share of voice analysis • Prompt Testing Lab for custom LLM queries • Sources & Citations intelligence via web search • Recommended GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) actions • Email and Slack alerts for sentiment and mention changes • White-label PDF report export (paid plans) • Full REST API access (Agency and Enterprise plans)

AHOD is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform delivered via web browser. No software installation is required. Service availability is governed by our uptime SLA (99.9% for Enterprise plans; commercially reasonable uptime for all other plans).

Account Requirements: To access paid features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@ahod.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use AHOD.

One Account Per Person: Individual accounts are for a single user. Team or agency use requires an appropriate multi-seat plan.

You may use AHOD only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use AHOD to monitor brands or individuals without a legitimate business reason • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or proprietary data used by AHOD • Use AHOD to generate, facilitate, or distribute spam, phishing, or misleading content • Overload or disrupt AHOD's infrastructure through excessive automated requests (beyond plan rate limits) • Share, resell, or sublicense your AHOD account access to third parties without an authorized multi-seat plan • Use AHOD to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights • Use the AHOD API to build a competing product without explicit written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Subscription Plans: AHOD offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Plan details, features, and pricing are described at ahod.co/#pricing.

Free Trial: All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel before the trial ends without any charge.

Billing: Monthly plans are billed on the same calendar date each month. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at a 20% discount. All prices are in USD.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting info@ahod.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period for monthly plans. Annual plans cancelled mid-term remain active until the anniversary date.

Refunds: Monthly plan refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if AHOD does not meet your expectations. Annual plan refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. After these windows, no refunds are issued, but your plan remains active until expiration. Refund requests: info@ahod.co.

Price Changes: We will give 30 days' written notice before changing subscription prices. Changes apply at your next renewal date.

AHOD Platform: All software, algorithms, methodologies, designs, trademarks, and content comprising the AHOD platform are the exclusive intellectual property of AHOD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the AHOD platform other than the limited license to use the service as described.

Your Data: You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in your brand configurations, custom prompts, and any data you upload or provide to AHOD. You grant AHOD a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data for the sole purpose of delivering the AHOD service to you.

AI Output: AI-generated content (reports, recommendations, scan results) produced by AHOD based on your data is provided to you under a license for your business use. You may use, copy, and distribute AHOD-generated reports within your organization and to your clients. You may not resell AHOD output as a standalone data product without a commercial licensing agreement.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about AHOD may be used by us to improve the platform without obligation or compensation to you.

Service "As Is": AHOD is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

AI Accuracy: AHOD measures and reports on AI model behavior based on real LLM query responses. However, LLM outputs are probabilistic and may vary between query sessions. AHOD's AI Visibility Scores and reports reflect observed patterns, not guarantees about future LLM behavior. Do not make major business decisions based solely on AHOD data.

No Guaranteed Outcomes: Following AHOD's GEO recommendations may or may not improve your brand's AI visibility. LLM training data and model behavior are controlled by third-party AI companies (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) over which AHOD has no control.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AHOD's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to AHOD in the 12 months preceding the claim. AHOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

You may terminate your AHOD account at any time from account settings or by contacting info@ahod.co. Termination is effective at the end of the current billing period for paid plans.

AHOD may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with notice where practicable, if you: materially breach these Terms, fail to pay for your subscription, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or use AHOD in a manner that endangers the service or other users.

Upon termination: your access to the platform ceases, your data is retained for 90 days (during which you may request an export) and then permanently deleted.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AHOD shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

For Enterprise customers with signed contracts, dispute resolution provisions in the enterprise agreement supersede this section.
